• You may cancel at any time. Your site remains live until the end of the current billing period.
• No refund is given for partial months.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time with no notice period required.
• There are no exit fees, no minimum terms, and no penalties for cancelling.
• Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of your current billing period.

5. Website Ownership

• While you are an active subscriber, your website is hosted and maintained by us.
• If you cancel, you do not retain the hosted website. You may request your content (copy, images) at any time.
• We retain the right to use screenshots of completed websites in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Our Responsibilities

• We will build your website to a professional standard based on the information you provide.
• We will make reasonable edits and updates as part of your monthly plan.
• We aim for 99.9% uptime on all hosted websites. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.
• We are not responsible for website performance issues caused by third-party services.

7. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring all content you provide to us is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
• You must not use your website for unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.

8. Liability

• Our liability to you is limited to the value of fees paid in the last 3 months.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Disputes
